Farewell to Volunteers from Norway: Amalie and Mirium

Marybert School bid a heartfelt farewell to Amalie and Mirium, two dedicated volunteers from Norway, who contributed significantly as pre-primary teachers during their three-week stay. Their enthusiasm, care, and innovative teaching methods created a memorable learning experience for the young children.

As a token of appreciation, the children prepared beautiful handmade greeting cards filled with heartfelt messages, which they presented to the volunteers. This small gesture highlighted the deep bond formed between the children and their teachers during their time together.

The farewell program, organized by Principal Sabina Thapa, celebrated the volunteers’ dedication. Amalie and Mirium also enjoyed traditional meals prepared at the school, further deepening their connection with the local culture.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Amalie and Mirium for their invaluable contribution and wish them all the best in their future endeavors!
