Marybert School Celebrates Parents Day 2026
Marybert School successfully organized Parents Day 2026 on 1st March 2026 at the school premises. The event brought together parents, teachers, and students for a joyful celebration of talent, learning, and community spirit.
Students from Nursery to Grade 7 participated enthusiastically in the program, presenting a variety of performances including dances, songs, and other creative acts. Each class showcased their talents with confidence and excitement, making the event both lively and entertaining for the audience.
The program was honored by the presence of Parshuram Niraula from Smart Minds, who attended as the Chief Guest. The event was also graced by Deb Parsley, trustee from MySmallHelp UK.
The event was officially launched with short speeches from the Chief Guest Parshuram Niraula and the school’s Principal Sabina Thapa. Their inspiring words highlighted the importance of supporting children’s talents and encouraging their growth both academically and creatively.
The performances began with a beautiful song presented by Grade 5 students, setting a warm and energetic tone for the rest of the program. The celebration continued for over three hours, with each grade presenting unique performances that were warmly appreciated by the parents and guests.
At the conclusion of the program, the school distributed prizes to students who achieved recognition in various categories, appreciating their dedication and efforts throughout the year.
The event concluded with a short speech from Raju Maharjan, the school coordinator, who thanked the parents, guests, teachers, and students for making the event a success.
Before leaving, all children were provided with snacks at the school, ending the day on a happy and memorable note.
Parents Day 2026 was a wonderful celebration that strengthened the bond between the school and families, while giving students a valuable opportunity to express their talents and build confidence.
